Our business model is simple: we receive from 5 to 30% (depending on the sector of economy, "riskiness" (in the opinion of the expert council) of the business model) of beneficial ownership of each bundle between investor and businessman (the Contract).
Entry thresholds for the 1st beneficiary or business group owner (one of three options to choose from):

According to the Pareto law, 20% of 100% of the projects are given "oversubspin", in connection with which we place the planned activities at the launch:
10% = opening the website and launching 10 of the best and available projects from the "Investment Offers" section, hiring staff from several people in Estonia and renting an office in old Tallinn, launching events with an advertising Internet company on 20% = launch of 20 projects from the best and available projects from the section "Investment Proposals" + launch of the kraundfanding project, hiring of an average number of staff in 3 countries (Estonia, Ukraine, India) and renting an office in the business center in the heart of Tallinn + small offices on the periphery and in other countries (outsourcing), the launch of events with a massive online and offline advertising company is 50% = launch of 50 projects from the best and available projects from the "Investment Offers" section, the construction of its own office building in Tallinn, local staff + outsourcing, launching all types of advertising according to plan and schedule.
After a set of investments for one of the three options, the opportunity to invest is closed and will be opened only in case of announcement of the 2nd round of investments.
